Trained by some of the foremost litigators in California, Glenn Nunes has handled a diverse array of disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration for 25 years.

Glenn litigates employment disputes in arbitrations and California state and federal courts. Areas of representation include discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, failure to provide breaks, sick leave, ADA and disability accommodations, and other disputes with employers. Glenn began representing employees in around 2008 and had immediate success, particularly in the area of wage litigation, where he has been approved as Class Counsel in numerous wage-and-hour class actions against resorts, numerous restaurants, major banks, and tech companies including eBay, Intuit, Symantec. Glenn has also successfully represented numerous individuals in disputes concerning unpaid wages, employment discrimination, and retaliation.

Starting in 2019, Glenn began practicing in the area of personal injury litigation. In the last six years, Glenn has taken and defended hundreds of depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party witnesses in high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.

Glenn is particularly well known for his handling of business and consumer disputes involving everything from bet-the-company disputes involving millions, to a certified settled class action against AOL on behalf of American subscribers concerning email footers, minor breach of contract/consumer matters.
