Insurance Coverage

Glenn’s career began at the prestigious litigation law firm of Christensen Miller where one of his cases involved a client seeking insurance coverage through a homeowners policy against allegations involving sexual assault. Not surprisingly, the insurer denied coverage including a defense. Ultimately, that insurer reversed course agreeing to fund a substantial settlement for the client. Just four years later, in 2004, his supervising attorney in that case, Steven Freeman and Glenn established the AV-rated law firm of Freeman & Nunes, LLP, which focused on providing insurance coverage advice and litigation, primarily to insurers and sophisticated companies. Major clients included Markel West and Chicago Title and a major multi-level marketing distributor.

Glenn uses his experience to provide assistance to companies and individuals seeking assistance obtaining first- and third-party insurance coverage with respect to commercial, homeowners, title, and other policies.
